The members of the board and there area of focus will be;

Suleiman Amour - Secretary
Tanausu Gomez - Marine expert
Mussa O. Said - PECCA/Fishers department
Mohid Juma - Village chief, Makangale
The board has three main responsibilities:
- Supervision and control of ongoing projects
- Evaluation and investigations of new projects
- Financing of new projects and financial control of ongoing/finalized projects
